The Town Manager is the chief administrative officer of the town and is responsible for administering and coordinating all employees, activities and departments placed by general law, this Town Charter or bylaw under the control of the Board of Selectmen and the Town Manager. The Manager shall implement the goals and carry out the policies of the Board of Selectmen.

Among the many responsibilities of the Town Manager is the preparation and oversight of all fiscal affairs including the Annual Operating Budget and 5-Year Capital Plan.
