Beach Parking Stickers
Find Rules and Regulations for Beach Sticker Eligibility for Taxpayers, Residents, and Visitors. Ellen T. Mitchell Bath House (map), 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday until season opens, then 7 days for the rest of the season.
The guidelines presented here are a simplified summary of regulations issued by the Falmouth Beach Committee. Many situations may not be completely covered. Actual regulations will prevail in the case of a discrepancy.

From May 1 through September 30, dogs are not allowed on any public beach. They are allowed from October 1 through April 30.

1. Parking of recreation vehicles/campers is prohibited at all beaches.
2. Handicapped wheelchairs must be reserved by calling (508)548-8623 at least one day before. They can be used 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at Old Silver and Surf Drive Beach. They are available for delivery to the other 8 town beaches from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
3. All day camps must be Christian's Law certified and need prior approval by the Superintendent of Beaches before arriving at a Town of Falmouth beach.
