Assessing Department Property Information Lookup

Important Information About Quarterly Tax Billing (click here)

As part of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue mandated triennial re-certification process the Falmouth Assessing Department is in the final phase of the re-assessing of all taxable property

Fiscal year 2015 proposed property values are available on WebPro.

The fiscal year 2015 tax rate has not been set.

In accordance with Massachusetts law FY 2015 proposed assessments reflect value as of January 1, 2014 with new construction updated through June 30, 2014.

There are now two property lookup services available. Here is a comparison:

The WebPro service has a graphical interface that runs in your web browser. The property information shown is updated annually with the current tax year's data, usually in October. WebPro contains a printable information sheet similar to the official property record card.

The Telnet service is a character terminal style interface. Like WebPro, the property values are as of October, however the owners and sales information are updated daily. This interface also shows building permits, zoning appeals, and conservation permits.
