The Falmouth Retirement System, a contributory retirement system governed by Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws, was established on July 1, 1941 to help educate the membership on their rights within the retirement laws and to provide pension, disability, and survivor benefits to the employees of the Town of Falmouth. |
