StarStarStarStarStarEel Pond Bridge Closure
As a result of damage from TS Sandy, the bridge is closed for repairs. The bridge will be manually raised for boating traffic on Friday, November 2nd. The town anticipates the bridge opening to be around 1pm and it will be closed no later than 3pm. This likely will be the only manual opening until full the bridge is repaired. Boaters should plan accordingly.
The Harbormaster Division consists of 9 staff members. Together, we manage all of Falmouth's fourteen harbors, 70 miles of coastline, and approximately 3000 moorings.
Our office monitors VHF Channels 9 & 16 seven days a week in season to assist the boating community in any problems that may arise on the water.
