PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The FALMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION will hold a public hearing under Section 40, Chapter 131 of the general laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and/or the Town of Falmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the Selectman’s Meeting Room, Falmouth Town Hall.

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Susan Riley-Dowd, 5 Grove Street, North Falmouth, MA - For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspool and tie into the New Silver Beach sewer system by trenching.

John Torpey, 120 Highland Avenue, North Falmouth, MA - For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspool and tie into the New Silver Beach sewer system by trenching.

Eric Kahn, 247 Shorewood Drive, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a second story addition, renovate the existing space on the second floor, reconstruct the front deck and convert to a roofed entry porch.
