PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE


The FALMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION will hold a public hearing under Section 40, Chapter 131 of the general laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and/or the Town of Falmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at 6:30 PM at Falmouth Town Hall.

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

James Heald, 67 Old Dock Road, West Falmouth, MA For permission to repoint and grout existing licensed seawall and backfill behind seawall.

Richard Avery, 116 Antlers Shore Drive, East Falmouth, MA For permission to bring the existing pier into compliance including cutting the Tee portion to 5-ft x 20-ft and approval of an additional 4-ft x 18-ft walkway extension.

James Fanale, 139 Coonamessett Circle, East Falmouth, MA For permission to prune according to the Falmouth Conservation Commission vista prune guidelines.

Phillip Brown, 8 Edgewater Drive East, east Falmouth, MA For permission to cut and trim trees overhanging the house.
