Berger Food Safety Consulting is hosting a food safety manager certification course at the Falmouth Rec Center on June 28th. Instead of the traditional two-day course, they’re offering a longer one-day course to better accommodate the busy schedules that restaurant staff have this time of year. The class will be from 9:00am-6:00pm, and lunch will be provided. Information on pricing is available on their website; if you select the online exam, please bring a laptop to the class as computers will not be provided.
