Legislation passed on Monday March 23rd will allow for Early Voting by mail in both The Special State Election and the Annual Town Election scheduled for May 19th
Early voting by mail will permit voters to cast ballots prior to an election. A voter does not have to provide an excuse for being unable to vote on Election Day as does voting by absentee ballot. Early Voting is a three step process: 1) Submit completed early voting application to Town Clerk’s Office; 2) Town Clerk mails ballot to voter; 3) Voter returns completed election ballot to Town Clerk by 8:00 PM on May 19th.
If you do not have access to a printer, a hand written letter with your signature is acceptable
Below is link to application for Early Voting. Completed applications can be downloaded and delivered to the mail slot at Town Hall, mailed to the Town Clerk’s Office, 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA 02540, emailed to TownClerk@falmouthma.gov or faxed to 508-457-2511. Absentee Ballots will be used for early voting in the Special State Election.
